Kebabish Original (Edinburgh)

Kebabish has recently refurbished and its very stylish and nice now. Food was great. The desserts we had were the Dubai Chocolate Cake and Belgian Pistachio Waffles which were both not that good, quite dry but everything else was great! We had the mixed grill and the Lamb Karahi.

The menu featured a diverse range of dishes, each promising a delightful taste of different cuisines. The restaurant’s decor is modern and chic, creating a relaxing atmosphere perfect for a date night. Absolutely love it, will definitely visit again

Kebabish is a south Asian fine dining restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and greeted by the upgraded decor, which creates an impressive ambiance. The menu boasts a wide variety of dishes, including dedicated grilled starters, Asian delights, and succulent steaks. We opted for the grilled starters, which were a hit. The reshmi kebab and lamb chops were bursting with flavour, cooked to perfection and tender. The sauces were fresh and flavourful, adding a delightful touch to each bite. For our main courses, we indulged in the butter chicken with chilli and coriander naan and plain naan. The butter chicken was slightly spicy, which I personally prefer, as it originally comes with a sweet flavour. The naan was fresh and delicious. We also savoured the rib eye steak with peppercorn sauce and chips. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare, resulting in a tender, juicy, and flavourful centre. The peppercorn sauce was the icing on the cake, elevating the dish to new heights. Overall, the service and food at Kebabish were exceptional. The staff are welcoming and always make sure you have everything you need. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience. Parking is available at the rear of the restaurant, with a complimentary four-hour parking slot using the validation system at the entrance.

Best food i had since i moved to Edinburgh Authentic karahi. Perfect spice level. The hospitality is top notch. The staff is sooo nice. Loveed the ambiance.

Delicious Food & Great Vibes at Kebabish! Had a fantastic experience at Kebabish! The food was absolutely lovely – full of flavour, fresh, and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to enjoy a tasty meal. Great service too! Will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend!

Kebabish was absolutely awesome - Just had the mixed grill, tandoori paratha, and lamb karahi at Kebabish — absolutely delicious! Proper finger-licking food that legit reminded me of traditional home made food. Full of flavour, cooked to perfection. The vibes were great, and the service was on point. Definitely one of the best desi spots in Edinburgh!
